When asked whether she was concerned about CBC's 'soft' [i.e. low] ratings Liza Frulla, Heritage Minister, replied:
"...my main concern is to make sure public television remains public"(sourse: John Ivison, Keeping the barbarians at bay - and CBC afloat, National Post, November 18)
I am just a guy with a penchant for the English language, obscure words, and fascination with eloquence.
